2021 - Bought a lounge suite for 24k 9 months ago. Seats are sinking, no tension on springs, units creak with every movement. One piece of the unit already been in for repairs. Very disappointed with the quality and workmanship.

I bought a recliner lounge set from the toti store and the sales men insisted it was genuine leather. I payed 21k for the set 4 years back. Over the past year it started cracking and deteriorating. I took it to an upholstery company only to find out the materials used on the suite is not Genuine leather. Biggest rip-offs ever.
