I decided to move away from my previous optometrist after having been with them for a few years to get a different approach and drove from Randburg through to Allens Nek to Twenty 20. I got 3 great pairs of Glasses on the winter promotion, that I am extremely happy with. Very thorough and professional eye test by Tasneem. The whole vibe in the rooms is a lovely and friendly one. I highly recommend them.

We have been going to Twenty 20 Vision since we’ve moved into the area a few years ago. We love the one on one service and attention and the fact that you are remembered when you walk in there and that you are not just a number. They have AMAZING specials on frames and contacts and we will use no one else! Even when the owner was on sick leave because of an operation she still contacted me to make sure that we were well taken care of. Nowadays there’s no more customer service but you can bet your bottom dollar that you WILL get the best service at Twenty 20 vision! 🥰

I love the service I receive at Twenty20 Vision, professional and friendly! They afforded me a payment plan as well, which helped a lot with my own budgeting. I got some stunning frames which suit my face and even more stunning prescription sunglasses which I love wearing - modern and lightweight! The anti-glare on my specs reduce eye fatigue and help reduce my headaches (which I am prone to). Both my husband and domestic helper have gone there with equal fabulous service. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Love 20 vision- but I find that they dont communicate very will, for example if orders are delayed or back logged... we wait to long for new specs ordered, weeks and weeks, and I always have to call them to find out what is going on, they never call to advise that there is a delay. I ordered a pair of test contact lenses months ago-, phoned a view times to follow up and then just stopped- still havent received the contact lenses and I still dont know why.

Had such a great experience at Twenty 20 Vision. The staff and optometrist were extremely friendly and helpful and their prices were by far better than Torga or Specsavers. Anyone looking for an Optometrist should definitely try them out.
