We went for my father and sister’s birthday and they made it very special...Getting there is a very difficult but it’s worth it...Gloria, Syanne and Riley are the most friendly people they made the weekend very special...The rooms are very clean and the pool was very clean... The food was sooo delicious 🤤We went fishing for the first time and it was a great experience....If you’re a nature lover, this is the place to be...Limpokwena deserves a 5 star rating

It might be hard to get to, but this place is well worth the effort, if only to see the pristine wilderness. The wildlife was a bit sketchy, courtesy of the drought :(, but that was more than compensated by Rileys enthusiasm and energy.

What a magical place! North you find the Limpopo River on the Botswana border, and East you find the beautiful Mogalakwena River flowing into the Limpopo. Elephants visit from the neighbouring country and hippos trumpet from murky waters. Heard the pearl spotted owlet in the evenings and hyenas howling to each other. Such a great place to visit!

We had a wonderful time there. Went on a safariwalk and drives we have see lots of animals and learnd a lot from the owners. There are a realy nice family and very nice hoisted.

First classcamp!

Awesome. Rough landscape. Far from civilization. The nearest supermarket is 42 km on a dirt road. Take food and water with you. There is a spacious fridge. Very friendly welcome and game drives are included. Seen many animals.

The best for a reasonable price, many animals around the river beside the lodge. Guided tours walking and driving. Wonderful people and place. Excellent value for money, with exceptional flora and fauna, guided tours on foot and by car of high quality. The river offers a remarkable variety of birds and mammals. Well worth the trip or detour. Welcome and kindness, competence of the guide, quality of the accommodation. Think about shopping, stores are far away.
