Last week,I had to do a second emergency stop at Capitec,in Aliwal North.Even if I could explain and tell you,about my experiences in person,I wont be able to find the right words.Capitec in itself is definitely the bank,that think of EVERYTHING,to make their customers lifes easier.They also made banking understandable,for novices like me.You dont feel like a thieve or robber,when you enter the bank.From the reception/securityat the front,right through to the consultants and managers,are very,very friendly.The consultants dont sell themselves to you.Well they dont need to!Theyre very professional and you can immediately detect the pride in them,when they handle the customers queries.They understand your needs and will go more,than just the extra mile,for you,be it in banking or loans.Youre at ease and dont feel guilty (like in some other banks Ive been banking with in the past)and youre not just a number or,sumerely turned away.They approved quite a big loan for us,when our own banks(then)didnt even tried to help us.Ill most certainly recommend Capitec for all your banking needs.It includes the affordable funeral policy they have to offer.Even if youre currently banking at another bank,give Capitec a chance.It could change your life positively forever.
