I went to the branch. 3 different occasions to open an account. Could not. First was told maybe because head office is working from home. Thats why they could not approve. Second time they blamed network. On the 20/5/20.a stuff then accused me of doing fradulant activities thats why they were taking so long to open a money acc. Such big accusations the stuff should be taught how to deal with customers.
They picked up the call once, then hung up all my other calls
