It is the place to do shopping

The cashiers were rude, why is it that when we want our NSFAS allowance they become arrogant, All the cashiers claim that they dont have cash. I understand they are tired but this is not acceptable at all.

For three days now i have been going to shoprite Alex plaza for tbone steak, every time the staff at the butcher says theres no stock, Tuesday the 14th January 2020, I go there again they tell me it has just been delivered but they wont cut until tomorrow, that was 5pm and the shop closes at 8pm, this is not how a customer should be treated, should they consider retrenchment, they should start at the butcher , perhaps we will get people who value the customers and their jobs.

The till operators are slow. Some dont greet even if you greet them with a smile they dont respond. If you ask for assistance they would rather joke with colleagues then attend to you later and after they have asked you for the hundredth time what it is that you are looking for.

Can we kindly get African cooked meal at our store .

This place has more stores and its safer

Thw servìce at this store is so terrible. The controllers just stood there watching cashiers pack groceries where as there were no till packers. The butchery has a stench from the meat that is off. I complained to the manager who pointed out to me the controllers who did not look suprised by my complain. This is a typical TOWNSHIP SHOP. This sucks big time. Cashiers are over worked and probably underpaid. The owners of Shoprite must do something about the service at the TOWNSHIP outlets cos it looks like they all operate the same . Shoprite in Pimbille plaza is the same as well.
