From day one the service we received from Swift Solar Poll solutions and the team have been extraordinary. The first initial contact to get a quote on fixing our pool was immediate. Within the same day I had a phone call and had to send pictures of our pool. They felt they needed to come do an inspection and were their within a day. I received a quote shortly after. When my husband and I were ready to do the repair, they gave us a date and started. The job was quick and exemplary. They also installed solar panels for us and that took them less than 2 and a half hours. During these difficult and uncertain times they wore their masks and practiced all the protocols necessary as well as pitching up and doing what they do best. Installation done on time, with a very friendly and professional team. I have waited a year before I posted a review. Results delivered as committed. 80 000lt pool, 10 panels. We have been swimming since Sept20 in 26 to 27 degrees water. In early/mid Oct, we getting 29 to 30 degrees.....without a solar blanket.Really impressed on how effective these panels are. Had an issue (August20) with a broken feeder pipe on the panel itself, due to an unrelated contractor stepping on it. Arnolds team came out and resolved within an acceptable time. Great to have good quality panels and mostly an after service that delivers efficiently.

We had solar water heater panels installed on our pool nearly 3 years ago. We are happy with the added use we get from our pool. We experienced a small problem with the system and it was repaired. We have been happy with the system and the young man who came out was enthusiastic and knowledgable however it took a few calls to get him out 2 days after our scheduled appointment. Follow up by the company could have been better but we are happy with the system.

I had a issue recently with my pool started to loose a lot of water.I had a Solar Panel installed from Swift solar in 2018 so I thought that the leak could be there. The Install warrentee had run out on the 23 August so I thought there would be a charge. I could not check for myself because it was 2 stories up. So I called Arnold from Swift Solar and I asked them to come out and have a look. Arnold came out first and did a quick check and he agreed it could be the panel and scheduled Shawn to come have a look with his team.Shawn come through and found the Panel was dry he said the leak was more than likely behind the light and repaired it for me free of charge great service from this company thanks Guys

After several calls to make sure everything checks out, I accepted the quote and the team was swiftly dispatched to our property.It turned out to be a smart decision... the team was friendly, professional and efficient, taking pride in what they do. Hi, I contacted Swift Solar Pool solution on the 11th of November 2020. I spoke to a gentleman by the the name of Arnold. Very knowledgeable and confident about the product he is selling. A verbal quote was given to me and thereafter I requested a formal quote. Arnold was ever so willing to assist and he was very accommodating to my needs and didnt try and lure me into making unnecessary purchases and sold me what was required. I confirmed the order of 3 solar panels on Thursday 12th of November 2020 for installation to happen on Monday 16th of November 2020. The trusted relationship we built telephonically was awesome as Arnold didnt even charge me a deposit which gave me so much comfort is proceeding with the transaction. On Friday 13th of November 2020 I contacted Arnold again to ask him to also check my bypass valves and change my filter sand which again was handled in a professional manner and we have agreed on payment on concluding of the job and there will only be a charge if the valves need to be changed. On Monday day of installation Arnold contacted me in the morning to confirm installation and kept me updated on times the installer Shaun will be at my premises. This was service that was absolutely professional, I have not received such great service from anyone in a very longtime. There was passion and enthusiasm in Arnold, the admin person that works for Arnold and Shaun and his installation crew. They were all very knowledgeable in there work. Especially Shaun with his load voice who is ever so willing to assist. He ensured that the installation was done neatly and properly. He tested the system and ensured it was functional. I was happy with the installation and I immediately paid Arnold. The quality of the solar panel is so awesome 2 days later my kids were swimming is waters of 31 Degrees Celsius.I will recommend Swift Solar Pool Solutions any day. These are professional and very knowledgeable and again THANK ARNOLD and team your assistance was greatly appreciated. Sending out a fair warning towards the public. Its come to my attention that one of the owners left Swift Solar.Since then swift solar is a sinking boat. The professionalism has left the company along with the ex owner as he was very pleasant to deal with and had massive knowledge with anything I have asked he just knew the answers.The current owner is very unprofessional and has next to no knowledge. The lady that is working thier is very pleasant to deal with, unfortunately cant say the same about the owner.Just Lucky that I had the previous co owners private number saved on my phone.Beware public, all sense of professionalism has left the company. The quality of the work is not the same since the ex owner is not in the company anymore as he was personally on site seeing over things and working with the staff.Swift Solar is basically subbing out all thier work and not even tending to it themselves.

Had my previous panels replaced after 14 years, most modestly the installer informed this was their original installation (long lost track of who did this back in 2004). There on the spot they offered a repair service (R600 per panel) instead of replacement. This honesty is not common in business practices today. I declined the offer as I wanted new panels, my choice. 4 days later and pool temp up by 8 degrees. Already reached 31. I am highly recommending this company

Quick and efficient service. I had an issue with my pump fitting after the soalr system was installed, which i thought was related to the installation.I contacted swift solar to come back and sort it out. Turns out it wasnt an issue at all with the installation, but a leak on a fitting on the pump. Shaun from swift solar repaired in and never charged me for the fix. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
