Dont offer what they advertise. But did respond quickly. You have an entire section showcasing repairs and upgrades on fiberglass pools yet I was told when requesting a quote that you dont do fiberglass.

I was originally terrified to have my pool drained and re-lined with fibreglass. Infinity made this process seamless and an absolute pleasure. Well done to everyone involved. Thanks. Graham.

Very happy with the service received from Infinity Pools.

I bought my own pool pump and timer and asked Infinity Pool Specialist to install it. They arrived , installed and left while i was at work. I was not pleased with what they have done. They left the used parts and laying next to the new pump and did not bother cleaning up. The timer was not correctly installed and when asked why they said it did not fit into Db box - no one called to ask me for alternative options. They just did as they pleased and i had to reinstall timer myself and clean the area. Please inspect their work and if you can avoid it do not use infinity.

I needed a pool pump replaced, but asked to have it checked first. (I had gotten quotes from other local Pool shop/repairers both of them were R1800 more the infinity!) The team arrived on the arranged date. They found a stone in the vacuum hose! They then fixed two leaks on my solar panel. Using Infinity saved me a lot of money and their team was polite and thorough.

This people are a bunch of thieves. They sell you a products that does not work as they say it will. And then when you ask them to fix it they tell you its your problem. Boycott you for a year and then after a year they just say its not under warranty anymore. Do not buy from them.
