CPS security need to train there guards so they know how to follow the law and how to tell the difference between an exit and entrance gate the have guards at a complex in elands street in alberton and almost cause accidents on a daily basis due to the lack of training with simple entrance and exit boom gates. Does not help complaining to there managers as the dont do anything about your complaints

This morning, 23 July 2021 at Mayberry Park, Saffier Avenuewe had an incident with our neighbors. CPS security came to mediate the situation. Instead ofg hearing both sides of the story, one security started cursing, telling us he can speak in anyway. Using F words, etcIs this the manner you train you response security guard to address people so disrespectfully?

Need to teach their security guards the laws regarding private use of cannabis. They still out of touch with current law.

Today at about 13H25 I was trying to leave with my car at Brackenhurst Square Shopping Centre when I found myself blocked in by a CPS car. After while waiting I got out and found the driver busy. I said to him that I have been blocked in. What a response I received. This was a white Afrikaner with blondish hair who was arrogance personified and with an attitude to match. He basically told me to wait as he was busy. I replied that now I must wait for him. His answer was - Cant you see I am busy. You must open your eyes. This in front of other people.Now really, you cannot go around speaking to bystanders like that. Maybe I should just take the matter further. Do these people think that if they speak to you like that, you will back down and play their game? Really, I have lost all respect for CPS. At least when I go to the SAPs, they speak decently to a person and treat you with respect. This person should actually not be working for CPS.I will not recommend this company to anyone

Very professional and curtious people. Had nothing but the best from them. Had a medical incident (hypoglycaemic, sugar under 1) and CPS saved my life. Thank you!

On the 4th of February 2020 I had a car accident and we called CPS as we were in shock and didnt know who, what or where to phone. My Son called them and they were on the scene immediately and called the tow truck to the scene. Not sure what to say here,, The service 12 month back was great and it got worse and worse not sure who is running the show now but the people that come out cant speak English and they not sure what to do when they here, so i was not home i looked on cameras that all is ok, they get there 15 min later and stand by gate for 5 min and leave not sure what that is, the time after that alarm goes off it was mother inlaw that came by and we were here not home she was in the house for more than 5 min before i was called and i told them to go out but they took another 10 min to get there mother was long gone by then and she said she took her time, I think they making money residents and no longer need to do there job. ZERO referrals from me. POOR POOR SERVICE. ps dont bother calling for an upgraded alarm they mess you around like crazy.. i stay less than 1km from there offices

No service and poor attitude. Not first time that I had to call them to inform them I had an alarm. Showing late, not showing. This time was worse than ever, alarm went off. No call. I phoned them, the lady operator told me with a massive attitude we are busy. How is this acceptable. Sorry there is an intruder busy in my house hows that for you in terms of busy. Later the GM tried phoning me while I was nursing a baby who likes to sleep on the breast so yeah then I am not going to answer. GM reached my husband later on to tell him they were understaffed and only one operator on duty, all vehicles busy. I complained on Facebook and this companys response was we tried to phone you like I am at fault not once apologizing in their Facebook response. And they turned off the commenting on that post so that I could not respond. They basically dont care. We cant help you we are busy is their motto and they treat clients like I should be sorry I am bothering them. Being understaffed and having too many houses in relation to amount of response vehicles is not my problem. And having an attitude with clients well there is no excuse for that.

Called for help with a domestic dispute after waiting too long for the police, I felt unsafe and could hear the neighbiur beating up his girlfriend and her screaming for help and was told they dont deal with these sorts of things. What exactly does this company do then lol? One star is honestly generous

Yes, my favorite security company, with these guys you will never go wrong. Play around in Alberton trying to still other peoples cars you will be arrested and we will see you via Alberton record news paper, facing down, security shoe boot ontop of you and handcuffed! Lol

We use this security company for the shop I work at, really fast response and super helpful if something is wrong, really like dealing with these guys.

My girlfriend was feeling unsafe as the neighbor was beating his girlfriend up and I called to ask if they could assist, was told they dont deal with these things. At this point Im not even sure what the point of this security company is, I mean, what can they actually do?
