I placed a delivery order for items totaling over R300. I specifically ordered a waffel with extras. Not only did it not arrive with extras, it even arrived without icecream.I also ordered Jalepeno poppers, they were soggy and attrocious. Like no care at all was made to make them good.The burgers were mediocre at best. The restuarants kitchen staff must not know what theyre doing. Shame.

I actually found it by mistake, looking for something completely different which I did not find ( Kirby vacuum services) .I had a burger which I really enjoyed have not been down that way in a long time ( last visit 2018 ) how Alberton has changed.

Awful experience with the spicy lamb nachos and the cheesy bacon fries, the lamb definitely wasnt lamb, it tasted more like tar than meat, accompanied by a contaminating odour and a revolting taste 🤢. The bacon was so raw it was practically still oinking at me. Very disheartening and discouraging experience. Disgusting.

Ordered a chicken Schwarma via Mr Delivery. Schwarma arrived here cold. All the chicken was at the bottom of the scharma, and the cold coleslaw was at the top. It was not mixed, just shoved into the Schwarma. There was also very little chicken .I wouldnt suggest ordering a schwarma from them, my husbands beef scharma was also terrible. Never again11/05 /2021Subsequently my husband reported it to Mr D, and they advised that a manager from Burgerack would contact us, and we are still waiting. Will not support this establishment ever again

Road house with a difference the food scents coming off the grill are fantastic and makes your tummy growl to taste just a piece of what is being cooked. Staff so far friendly and helpful.

What restaurant runs out of coffee very disappointing

I always wanted to try Burgerack and its unfortunate that our burgers were extremely dry. The staff was wearing masks on their chins and cooking our food, I prayed so hard I wouldnt get the virus

This quick stop is at the Sasol Garage cnr Voortrekker and Ring road, opposite Newmarket Mall. We ordered Nachos, Tacos and Wings + Milkshakes. Nachos was a little disappointing , expected more salsa, chicken and cheese for what you pay. Milkshakes were awesome though!! Bubblegum and candy, Oreo, Vanilla and Banana shakes were thoroughly enjoyed. Staff and management are friendly and kindly assisted me to my car with all my goodies.

Awesome burgers, awesome cheese and bacon fries. The waiters are very friendly and professional and do a great job. I discovered this place through Uber Eats but decided to go and check it out in person instead of ordering online and was not disappointed.
