I sat waiting for 30 minutes for service here. The staff are there but instead of earning their salaries, they eat chocolate cake, whilst talking and laughing loudly. The most unprofessional, hopeless, vain and entitled bunch one can imagine. The woman who eventually attended to me wore attire suitable for an evening out with half her breasts showing through the sheer black material. There is no self respect and no pride to deliver a professional and prompt service.

This post office is dirty and some people working here will treat you like u are not paying for the service they are giving to us, I have never been given help without got help there without giving them forced tip (tjotjo) else if I dont have money to give them I must go to alternative post office. If u try to complain to management its like turning yourself into a loughing stock.

Waited 1 hour to collect a parcel. None of the staff except security guard wearing a mask. Will avoid in future.

After trying to track an international parcel for three weeks with absolutely no help from Customs or the SAPO call center, I finally got joy from Nhlanhla at the Alberton Post Office! Thank You, its great to see people in the Service industry finally earning their pay!
