Since 1993 buying from Springbok Pharmacy. I have learnt and benefited a lot from their business model. I dont know why did you sell it to expensive Dischem. People in Alberton are going to suffer as a result. Springbok Pharmacy was like an eye opener for me because they broke the barriers not our bank accounts. They were independent and were prepared to explore the medical territory. Tell us why did you sell it to Dischem could you not give investors to buy from you? Springbok staff is not allowed to say a word what a gag👎🤮

Springbok Pharmacy is great as long as you dont expect service ...if dispensary says 5 min more and 20 min later you rather ask for your script back ...over an hour wasted

Placed an order online. Called three days later to find out the status of the order and they couldn’t even trace it. Was transferred to two different operators in their Dispatch Dept but they couldn’t tell me the details immediately. Get a call back only to be told the product was no longer in stock (despite their online platform confirming availability) and they don’t know why I wasn’t informed. If I hadn’t called to find out why delivery hadn’t taken place yet, I’d still be sitting waiting for a delivery that would never arrive.

Have to wait over an hour for 4 items on a doctors prescription... Employ more people if you cannot keep up with the demand!!!! Phone to complain and the answer is it normally takes about an hour this is not normal for any pharmacy. You just clearly cannot handle the demand!!! Disgusting

They stock such a big range of medicines and health products such that you will be accommodated somehow. Each category has a person stationed there to give advice and answer questions.

The waiting time in this place is absolutely ridiculous coupled with really rude staff. Today my husband waited here for almost 2 hours for his medication. He kept asking the lady whether the medication is out and she kept saying no. Only to find that his medication was bundled with that of someone else. By the time he left the pharmacy was even empty because it was late. The service here is truly appalling. Save your time and go to another pharmacy.

Please be wary of false promotions. Recently my wife purchased three units of a particular item on the understanding that there would be a free unit. However, the store allegedly was depleted of stock. Therefore, my wife was given a commitment that she would be contacted to collect her free unit as soon it was available.Alas, weeks have passed, no phonecall. On telephonic enquiry, one is confronted with dismissiveness and condescension. The people who answer the calls are arrogant and are devoid of any people - skills.Just another predatory outlet that is out there to fleece you. Very sad.

Pharmacists assistants have a bad attitude. Didn’t dispense all the medication as. Per script, dispensed under the wrong the Dr. Came back the following day to get the medication the pharmacist assistant who assisted said she doesn’t know why they didn’t dispense yet she the one who assisted me. Requested the script so we can use a different pharmacy next time. Was told to come back again the following day, when I go there was told it has been filed already should’ve came sooner. Had to make noise to get it. Train your staff to do better

I’m impressed with the customer service from their staff and the fact that almost all the medication I went to buy I could find there. Even the traditional ones for babies are easy to get there.I’d rather go there to avoid from going from store to store for medication. It’s a really reliable pharmacy, I don’t know about their clinic though as I haven’t been to it.

Great pharmacy, friendly staff. Unfortunately they seem to be running out of the Springbok brand stock. E.g eczema cream, lip ice. Also such a pity that some of their vitamins are now in capsule form, not tablet form. As a vegetarian I have to change brands.

Since Dischem has taken over Springbok pharmacy, the service and the product lines dropped into a careless over monopolized hyper store. I cant buy my needles there anymore. Well done Springbok, you gave in to Dischems carte blanche.

One of my top places for medication, i specially buy bulk when they drop prices & so grateful for delivery, my only issue is the drivers that when they deliver look like they not happy or like your delivery is not important.

One stop pharmacy for all your health care needs

Ordered on Saturday. Website really not user friendly. No pictures or product details. According to their website delivery is every day. Got a call early in the week to say they really busy but it would be Thursday. Spoke to someone on Thursday and she was busy but emailed me back to say it is out for delivery. It didnt arrive. Emailed again and no response. It is now friday 9.35am .Wont be using them again. Eventually it arrived but is moisng stuff. Wow this place is pathetic!!!!

Very disappointed in Springbok Pharmacy. To buy anywhere else on lineis usually very simple however not with them. The order was placed ,the money was already in their account but they still wanted a copy of the ID and credit card before delivery. This makes no sense , the goods are already paid for and then this crazy procedure . Why I ask ? My husband was a regular customer when he worked for Afrox , but now they wont accept and deliver. I wont just give personal details.Getting my money back is probably going to be a problem. They definitely are losing a on line customer.

Pharmacy and staff are wonderful, the clinic, however, utterly disgusting. The nurses are rude and very unhelpful. They ignore you completely. Told to sit and wait for administration of injection from dispensary. After some time nothing happens and when you ask they look at you like youre an alien. Not sure why these people chose this as a profession as their people skills are non-existent. Shameful to say the least.

Utterly disappointed with the pathetic service I received (Oh yeah,I didnt receive any) when placing an online order from overseas. No communication unless you phone them and they dont reply to emails either. After a month I still dont even know if my parcel was posted as the lady was yesterday checking up on the driver. Yeah, hes gonna drive all the way from Alberton to Sydney. Rather play the lotto - you have a better chance of getting something in return for the money paid.

The website has a delivery schedule, but they dont use it. Called in to ask some questions and the goods I was about to pay for dont even exist according to the person on the line. Called back and spoke to a manager/owner who was so difficult we did not even get to my medication request (but they do, in fact, have the goods I was trying to buy online). What a bunch of clowns.

The products are much cheaper than any other pharmacy but they are extrely slow when you need to hand in a script which can take up to 50minutes to receive medication.
