I have been waiting at this clinic for 2 days for covid testing. Had to sit outside the entire day. When I dare to complain about not being helped they refused to help me at all. I tried going to other clinics but they cant help me as I stay in Alberton. This clinic is now taking away my sons education as he cant return without a covid test

They dont deserve a star from 7 oclock in the morning till 12oclock standing they just do up and down worst clinic ever

Been here since 7 am.Still outside in the sun. What must one do. Absolute chaos. Really gets worse

Covid testing is pathetic... it takes more than 2hours to test 2 people.... shocking...

Sorry to say this is the worst government clinic by far. Would like to know what are the real working hours. Should be closed permanently

Rude staffNo orderTakes forever to help“Short Staffed” but the staff are just walking around the whole day .Very unimpressed with this place

They dont answer their phone, they dont attend to patients residing in other districts. Its just messed up

Very unorganised... the psychiatrists there do not look like they are qualified to be a psychiatrist.You spend half your day waiting for your turn (not even an organised queue...)The psychiatrist in which I went to there, seemed as if she did not understand the medical terms I was using to describe my problems... Nor did she seem to be taking it seriously.

Not happy at allPlace opens 20min late ,for the second time being here now after said that we should be here by 7am and if late we will be helped last,Have a appointment with them but still wait here whole day long!There needs to be something done about the staff being late for work

It was the worst service ever been standing in a que for over 3hrs.... The receptionist was rude. I was feeling dizzy.... Poor service at its best with no remorse for the ill
