As a long time swimming teacher (over 50 years!) I have learnt there are always pool problems, needing constant attention. I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards Gerald and his team from Ultra Solar in Alberton. Our heat pump broke down due to the continuous load shedding - for a swim school in the middle of the busiest season it is an absolute crisis. We were referred to Gerald from Ultra Solar and all I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU he visited us as soon as he could evaluated the problem , the next day he fitted the new pump and 2 days later we were in business again. Ultra Solar a highly recommended family businessOur family has used the services of Ultra Solar for over 15 years and we will continue to do so.They respond immediately, have very fair pricing, are professional and are prepared to negotiate and meet halfway when grey areas arise in a transaction.Their homegrown solar roof mats boast a 30 year life span. Mine are 12 years old and still fully functional - I expect they will last the full 30. The glue joints only have a 12 year lifespan as they calcify in the sun but they quickly (in under 2 hours) and easily replace them at a very fair price. I have always had super service and best advise from Ultra Solar.

Do business with Ultra Solar at your own risk. Service awful, adminstration worse and despite paying almost R5000 to repair our system, it is not functioning well. Once you have brought Ultra Solar equipment you will be trapped as no other system is compatible.
