Dr Van Niekerk is great, but service from the front desk actually puts me off

All the doctors there are amazing and really help and go the extra mile...The receptionists are awful actually puts me off going there.They just sit and talk rubbish and dont answer the phones.Get new reception doctors I would go as far as not going there just so not to see them

Pulsemed - 38 Hennie Alberts St, Brackenhurst, AlbertonIve been dealing with Dr Van Der Merwe for ten years plus and since he has moved to the above mentioned address and had a change of staff Ive only experienced poor service from receptionists which are RUDE, UNHELPFULL and ARROGANT.I will be finding a new GP/DR for myself and family, probably in Sandton where the receptionists actually have a Matric and a brain.

Great doctors, receptionists are not helpful or friendly

Doctor Van Der Merwe is great however receptionist that assisted wasnt very friendly at all.

Love the doctors very professional and helpful,goes the extra mile for you.Tammy the new lady GP/Gynacologist is a dream to have her on board.

Great service, compassionate and friendly receptionists. Doctors are professional and go the extra mile for their patients. Special Thanks to Dr Oosthuizen for making a visit to the doctor a pleasant one, you are officially my kids favorite doctor😀

Healhcare is the best!

Poor service... scheduled an appointment with Dr van der Merwe, then waited 60 minutes and left without being helped. Whilst waiting someone without an appointment got helped - why was I not offered the assistance of another doctor?!
