Boy oh Girl do the kids love this place, very clever the way the owners have set up the way you pay, you sign in and every thing you purchase gets charged to you then you pay all at the end when you leave, the food is adequate and tasty, the security of the kids is good. The kids enjoyed the zip line which is for free a run every 2 hours from 11h00. The Train ride the kids loved it and very bright and well painted train. This place is a must to take your kids to for some fun, well worth it.👍

The kids enjoyed every moment of it and hearing the laughing and the excited screams and watching all the kids play was a breathe of fresh air after a busy week at work! Will be back and the staff are friendly and attentive to the kids 😁

My son really enjoyed himself. We had a wonderful day playing on the jungle gyms,using the slides and the train ride was a bonus. Great place to spend the day, loads of fun!! They allow parents to accompany their kids and assist them around the play area which is really appreciated.

It was great! Reminded me of the USA franchise, Chuckee Cheese. However it would be spectacular if they had a restaurant that makes a variety of food like pizzas and , and not Cafe edibles only.With all that said ; it was FUN FUN FUN!

Great place for kids....toys are safe and soft enough so that if they fall they wont get hurt. Food is terrible and pricey....was given a menu with 70% of the items on the menu not available. Staff slow and Ill equipped....

I felt that this place is rather small although an advantage is that you can easily keep an eye on your kids. It took about 40 minutes for the waiter to come and take our order. The staff dont help much with the kids. I saw them mostly standing and talking to each other rather than helping the kids. They do state though that its an unsupervised play facility however the website implies that kids are supervised. This place is very pricey. I dont really think that you are getting your moneys worth because Ive been to other play areas which were a lot bigger and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Note that socks needs to be worn at all times, they do sell it incase you dont have any at around R15 a pair. The train and zip line was a nice feature though and they do take care that its safe. The place is quite clean.

We hosted my daughters 3rd birthday party there. The kids loved it.The restaurant is very slow though, we waited over an hour for 4 coffees and our food was cold when it eventually arrived, I would suggest if you are ordering from the restaurant that you place your order immediately and then follow up regularly.The play area was sanitised while we were there.We also had an issue with the tables we booked but Andrea resolved it quickly.Overall, its a fun Kiddies play area.

Big open spaces. Kids loved it.. Train ride was an big attraction as it is different to have that in a indoor play centre. The 4 tier slide the kids really enjoyed. Plenty to do and lots of fun. Kids want to return. I will go back soon👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very over priced and the staff are extremely rude. Nice place to play but not worth your money. You could rather go to A Churrasqueira with a wider variety for children to keep them busy and also a much better menu. When we were unhappy about how we were treated and spoken to management about it they made us out as liars. The staff kept picking up my daughter and touched her in the face (all over her mouth), but we get harassed for taking more then one second to give our hands to be sanitized (ironic how hygiene only works one way). With a newborn and a toddler in our hand we just wanted to put them down and then give our hands but then the staff decided to be extremely rude after not even greeting us. WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN!!!

I never knew this place existed and all I’m going to say is that it’s a must to take kids there. Such good variety of things for kids to do, it reminds me so much of tumble town from the 90s🤣Pricing isn’t bad but after a few hours I think it gets expensive, food is good slight improvement on oil of the chips like drained for longer. But yeah it’s actually really goodCOVID rules also good 😌

The place has so much room for growth. The kids love it. The food we ordered wasnt great but I cant speak for the rest of the menu. Good experience overall. Some more entertainment for waiting parents could work

It was nice for the children but the space is small considering the number of people they accommodate especially during covid times. And I found the food not nice, edible but really not nice. So when you visit them Id suggest you eat before you arrive

If you want to visit a colourful warehouse in the dodgey part of town where you will spend a small fortune on your kid(s) getting bored within an hour and getting shouted at super rude staff that shove you and your kid(s) around and shout at you incomprehensibly, then this is the place for you! Their staff touch your kids in the face repeatedly and as if covid wasnt a thing even.Re: we made the grave mistake of taking off our shoes on the wrong side of the tracks, management. We understand and we abide by the rules of any establishment. it was just in the confusion of having 10 kids waiting to cross over into the play area and our own toddler not listening to our instructions to wait. I raised my concerns about what happened and got greeted by snotty remarks from management. Which is why this 1 star exists.Why attempt to frame my family as rule breakers as if we intentionally ignored or disregarded the rules? We made an unintentional mistake and while we were correcting it we were badgered and berated and shoved. How the hell do you justify your stance of try following the rules as if we werent completely correcting them already the moment we realized what we did wrong.Edit 2: having a look through the other reviews Ive noticed a recurring theme: rude staff and management, overpriced everything and getting double billed (at least this didnt happen to me) but I guess thats why you think its okay to talk to people with blatant disrespect.Edit 3: Now listen here, I in my all my years have never come across anyone as deceitful and you, claiming that I said voetsek to ANYONE is a blatant lie, NOR DID I SWEAR AT ANYONE!! Secure space and parking, a good venue for toddlers. Venue is able to accommodate private functions like birthdays too. Good atmosphere for toddlers. Bring extra pairs of socks since youre not allowed on the play area without them.

My daughter always has the best time here at this fantastic venue! By far the cleanest and best maintained indoor kids play area I have come across! The owners are always happy and welcoming! Just remember to bring socks, no bare feet. Absolutely love The Playhouse!!

Amazing indoor setup for kids under 15. I loved that there are child minders around who are SO helpful. Parents can relax and watch from their allocated table where food amd drinks can be enjoyed. A MUST for all parents with little ones

A really nice, well maintained, clean, safe and fun place for young kids. Food is really great too. Only downside is that it is a little pricey. With that said, youll struggle to find a better play venue.

Interesting place. Equipment is good. Lots of thought put into what will entertain the kids. It seems to be family run though, and the times I have been- there is a focus on their family and you feel like you are intruding. They have family lunches on a Sunday, like you are visiting their house but only allowed to observe. Not professional. If you can deal with that, great slides and a train !

Nice place for the kids, looks to be a good party venue for kids as well. Note this is not a halaal venue. It is very important that you take socks with for kids and yourself if you are entering the play area. Otherwise Enjoy!!!

Its an amazing party venue. The kids all loved it. All the adults were very comfortable and relaxed. The food was great and the food catered was suitable for everyone.... amazing venue. All the staff and owners we friendly,helpful and accommodating.

Fun day out for the kids! Awesome jungle gym! And the kids loved the train! Food was good, staff was friendly. Toilets are clean and the large parking lot is secure with an on duty security guard. Only negative was the air con system not being turned on or it was not working! Was a very hot day to day and inside the play factory was like an oven. Kids and adults were full of sweat. Suppose it helps with drink sales.

Went with my boys 18 months and 5 years old. They absolutely loved the place. The little one enjoyed the trampoline and the blow up pool filled with the little balls, the older one loved the slides. The train was a big hit with both of them. The minders were on hand and very helpful, appreciated how clean the place is. We stay 50min from the place but its definitely worth the drive, will go back soon.
