I ordered item from website. Item that was delivered was incorrect. Apparently the image on the website was incorrect. They dont check their information when they put the products online. Id recommend you phone first else you get the wrong thing... Be careful...website also glitches making it almost impossible to create an account or check the invoices.

I have not had a great experience with Romtech. I ordered Samsung Galaxy Buds +, when the package arrived and I opened it the first thing I noticed was that the samsung product seal had been broken and the box tampered with. I took a picture. The box was returned the same day to Gavin. Gavin promised me a sealed unit as soon as possible. Yesterday I received the replacement. I was horrified as it was clear that someone had taped together the Samsung seal and taped the other end of the box. You can see that the seal is broken and just taped together. I Took another picture. I am assuming this is exactly the same box, that someone has now taped together. This is completely unprofessional. I want a sealed product. I purchased a new product, not one that has been previously opened.

I came across Romtech and not knowing them I went through Takealot for a purchase of a HUAWEI fat loss scale. Takealot then cancelled my order (which was being supplied by Cellucity to Takealot) and I saw that Romtech was the new service provider. I decided to go direct through Romtech instead of Takealot and saved some cash and received the order in less than 3 days (I’m situated in Cape Town and the scale came from JHB). So I decided to buy a cheap computer case because I needed one and to test if romtech was a scam site.The case shipped quickly, much faster than evetech thats a certainty. I was quite surprised that It came at all and shocked that it came so quickly. That said there was a minor issue the site claimed the front of the case was brushed metal....its actually plastic that looks like metal but feels very much like plastic. Considering the price I expected it to be plastic so its not a major issue but keep it in mind.Im currently looking for my next powersupply and cooling system on romtech because I know theyre faster than the rest and usually cheaper too. Im really glad theres a site better than evetech.

Placed an order for lightning to usb adaptor on the 21st May. And a usb cable. The items were processed on the 25th and delivery was a day or so later. Unfortunately the adaptor cable does not work with my device. I logged a refund request within the stipulated 7 day timeframe of having received the items and have yet to hear back from Romtech. Please will someone from Romtech reply.Update: 3 June 2020. Ive been contacted. Courier will be collecting. Thank you.
