This organization and in particular their managing Director is nothing short of abusive and one of the most dishonest individuals that I have ever had to deal with in business .Imagine being told that goods which was paid for in advance and in full to the value of more than R 20 000 will NOT be released until you provide an undertaking not to publish a negative review regarding the pathetic client service and delivery !?Our company was left stranded without it’s branded gazebo and banners at a golf day in Durban after having 108 clients attending the event .Caution … If you choose to use this company , do NOT pay in advance and do not rely on their promises pertaining to delivery of there are deadlines involved .The posting of my experience is not the only one which provides a negative review .

Great products and service

Ordered prints from Spear label on on 20th October 2019 with payment made on the same day. Incorrect prints were delivered which were returned to Spear for reprint on 29 October 2019 where owner signed for the parcel. To date (10 January 2020) no reprints have been received or any refunds made. Robert has been very unprofessional in communications including no & poor response to emails and dropping the phone on me on several occasions.
