Was there today for additional memory on my brothers laptop & the service I received was out of this world, since I didnt know which memory it took, time was taken to explain to me that the machine will be opened first to determine the exact memory module needed. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT MATRIX BRAKENHURST!!!I had the worst experience at Matrix Warehouse Brakenhurst ,I visited the store today to lodge a complaint regarding a Universal charger I had bought less than 3 months ago for R599 the adapter had started to tear.I was told that this was physical damage by a condensing rude manager,who aggressively and repeatedly rigorously bend the already compromised cord numerous times, even after I had asked him to stop doing that as he was causing further damage to the charger, the manager or rather the OWNER! as he would later assert, went on to accuse me of intentionally excreting physical force to deliberately break the charger, which does not make any logical sense as to why I would spend R599 only to deliberately break the charger, which is obviously of very poor quality. The manager continued to shout and make condescending remarks about how I know nothing and need to shut up! Absolutely horrible service and poor overpriced quality products which have absolutely no durability.If you are looking to waste your money and receive the worst possible service pass by!

Service isnt up to the same high levels as the Mall of the South. The store is so tiny, the amount of stock they can keep in the store is so limiting that it is actually even pointless having this store at all and they may as well just close it down because chances of you actually finding what you need are pretty much zero.The owner is also extremely rude and his come back is that Im chasing points and trolling the internet which is highly unprofessional and even more reason to avoid this store. With people who are so rude, arrogant and ignorant running the store, they do not deserve your business. I dont even know how such unprofessional people can be running stores in the first place. Avoid at all costs, this is the worst computer store on Earth.

Buyer Beware - spent R2200 on a UPS which I bought end Jan 2016. Stopped working last week. Was told by Deon that its out of warranty and I must go to a security shop and buy batteries to fix it. When I complained he told me to get out of his shop! Will never go back. Shocking customer service.
