The cue was about out the door with people not keeping their social distance and only 2 tills operating. It took me more than an hour to get to the front. This is ridiculous. Everyone was complaining after a while. Managers should plan for Sassa pay out days. This is poor planning.

Bad customer service, they have long conversations before attending to customers then they dont give customers thorough help. I bought a phone 6 days back n now its problematic, when I take the phone back to the store they say they cant exchange it coz they dont have those phones anymore. How is it my fault that they dont have that phone anymore at the store they should atleast let me take another phone of any brand at the same price. Im really not happy

Big Mr Price with great and the latest fashion trends. I love the fact that you can pay at other Mr Price shops (mr price sports and mr price home) and you dont have to wait in a long queue. Clean and friendly staff members

Bad service from cashiers, very slow and have long conversations with each other while serving customers including their supervisor. I was assisted by Suzan (Sukub) this morning, she was very slow and not attentive at all!

Always busy and full but they are quick to assist so you dont stand long in line

Really bad service at this store. 8 till points with only one cashier working to service a line of about 30 people, while consultants are just standing around looking at the line with no need to assist customers in line.

Poor service had to wait 1hr for unathi who sells at the cellphone desk.. First was attended by lihle who was arrogant.. All cashiers say unathi doesnt have a reliever..

Long queues. They took long to exchange my items. Not much of a variety of clothes. Staff isnt so friendly, but overall its a decent place to do your shopping.

One of my favorite shop to buy clothes for me and my daughter. They have recently renovated the place by combining all 3 mr price divisions, Sports, Clothing and Home. So you go in and come out with lotz of stuff.

Always a great shopping experience, quite big and now Pr.Price Home and is accessible all in one big area.

Their services is fast and they are always on trent

All the MRP stores are next to each other which makes it convenient

When there didnt find what i was looking for😔 so i hope my next visit wil be super cool in the future
