Im obsessed with their toasted chicken mayo & pineapple. So delicious and always fresh. Delivery time has also improved.

Waited 3 HOURS for my order and missed my time allocated to have lunch so ordering lunch completely defeated the purpose of actually having it. I had to make numerous phone calls during a busy work day to find out whats going on and the manager kindly assisted but to no avail since the driver doesnt answer his phone. I will email thank you.

There food is very nice no doubt about that, but the delivery service is extremely slow.

Im two bites into my chicken boat salad and its very disappointing. chicken is very dry and salty. Wasted a R55-00.only thing good about this meal was the grapetiser

I placed an order online (paid). I have been waiting for approximately 2 hours for my food and have yet to receive it. Surely it does not take this long for food to be delivered. I am highly disappointed in Sandwich Baron Alberton North. You either need new management or a more efficient process, as the process that is currently being used is laughable.

3 times and still get a simple order wrong... no thanks. Never again.

Food is excellent..waiting for take away a bit long

In September we had ordered platters from another caterer for my late Moms funeral. The day before the funeral when checking on all our arrangements, we were told our caterer had died that weekend, and no one in his family knew anything about our order.So with less than 24 hours to go, Sandwich Baron readily agreed to assist us with our catering for 80 people. Their platters were on time, and was some of the nicest food we had eaten at a funeral for a long time!Thank you Sandwich Baron, Alberton North

I ordered a bacon and avocado French bread delivery. Thank you. The bread was fresh for a change. Just suggest that all SB franchises make the plastic drinking straw optional and not pack in the paper bag and rather provide if customer asks for it only. I dont like plastic because it harms the environment.

A place where I experienced that even the managers dont know whats going on and had to phone head office for assistance.However i have enjoyed the sandwiches there which seemed to be fresh and generously put together.Some store training seems to be needed here. Thus ill rather order from another branch as its easier.

Must say this is probably the worst experience I have ever experienced with a food store of any sorts, 1st the phone is answered with a lady laughing while answering the phone, and not even saying Sandwich Baron good day or anything remotely in this way, then when we ask the lady if we can place an order for collection at 12:00 keep in mind that I made the call at 11:00 she bluntly says no we cant have it ready for you, well then sure you dont want our business, and I truly hope others get to see this as this shop should not be supported within the Alberton Community

Good day, my experience with The Sandwich Barron Alberton is shocking to say the least. In the beginning of the week my order which was delivered was incorrect, today it took me two phone calls 10 minutes later just to order two very simple sandwiches. We order about 3 times a week from this branch,however I am reluctant to order from them again after today.

The time it takes to deliver a simple meal is way to long it takes more than an hour to deliver the food. Where we are located 15 minutes away it is unacceptable and when I did recieve the food here was no serviette or cutlary set for the meal. I am not going to order from this branch again the service is severly lacking.

So disgusted in the service and attitude of the lady that assisted me over the phone.

Great Banting menu. If youre into sandwiches, or have to organise an office lunch, then this is the place to go.

Food is good, but the time it takes to deliver is way too long. We as an office order often but will in future consider using Mr D. Over an hour we have to wait

What sandwich takes an hour and 45mins to get delivered 1,5km away? Arrived here cold and utterly unappetising.

I usually like ordering from here, but have restricted my office orders since Sandwich baron, in general, refuses to fix my user account on their website. Waiting for the developer should not be an option.
