Really disappointed with the service! I still havent received my membership card for my medical aid since I signed up in Oct. They initially told me it will be delivered to my home/work address. When I called to enquire, they advised again that it will be delivered to my work/home address. I spoke with Elmarie today and she advised that the cards are at their office and I must drive to Alberton to collect it. She was getting upset with me when I asked her why it wasnt delivered to my home/work as discussed. I tried calling her again and she ignores my calls and messages. Quite obnoxious for a broker. Customer Service should be their priority but its not. Rather sign up with another broker. Care Line does not really CARE!

They gave advice in what I needed, not on what money they could gain. They were friendly and helpful. They know the different medical products as well. My total experience was great.

The group of people working there really knows what they are doing and they are beyond helpful!
