There is no security, people can go in and out as they please. A lot of abandoned houses

The place does not look good from the outside. Its bushes and not very neat. No security patrol outside so its very dangerous for public transport users.

Look dont get me wrong. Its a nice neighborhood. Close to schools & Wonderpark mall & convenient to travel to Soshanguve & GaRankuwa. My only concern is the soil in this area cracks plenty of walls & houses. If youve permanently found a solution for this, let me know.

Is a nice place to stay with family and raise children because theres a primary school right in the entrance of the estate.The place is also not far from shops and garages for easy convenience. Getting transport is also easy and the place is clean and quiet.

Developing residential around Rosslyn. It is an acceptable site with a warm neighbourhood. There is already a school in the complex. Security could also improve by making the access to be controlled. The complex is generally clean and acceptable
