Dont ever use this place. I dont even think they exist anymore. Stole my money. They still have my trampoline.

This company is obviously closed but Hannes Pieterse still takes calls, gives formal quotes and accepts your money, and then you never hear from him again. We paid for trampoline repair and when he never phoned to make an appointment for the work, we tried to phone him. He does not answer. We have been caught. Please dont make the same mistake.

With me the same story I am waiting 4 months now still nothing I am very angry we are using this trampolines for gymnastic so its affecting my business! they just lie and dont answer my calls is there any steps we can take ?? I think this company should not be doing business at all.

It’s a month since I was promised my trampoline and I still don’t have it. I have never been lied to as much as by the owner, Hannes. I advise you to look elsewhere for a trampoline.

Hannes Pieterse of SA Trampoline has taken our deposit of R5,100 in May and after promising to deliver our trampoline on numerous occasions, has failed to deliver. He doesnt answer his phone and his email address [email protected] is no longer working. It would appear we will have to resort to suing him through the small claims court to recover our money.

Sadly we are yet another disgruntled client. Our original trampoline was installed by SA Trampoline and we had no issues. So of course we turned to them when it was time to replace the old mat. However, when the new mat was installed, it looked to small, but we were told it was correct. Needless to say, the mat started tearing loose. They collected the poor quality mat early May 2018 and we were told 7-12 days. Again, needless to say, it has been one excuse after the next by Hannes and his team. He was even arrogant when I said that I will be turning to legal action. My advise, like so many before me: DO NOT USE SA TRAMPOLINE. It would be nice to know if anyone was successful with legal action taken against him.I had to put a star to get this posted, but SA Trampoline DEFINITELY deserves a negative rating, wish there was one.

We ordered and payed for a trampoline 2 May 2017. After many e-mails and calls we get the excuse that they are waiting for the springs. We finally received our trampoline two months (26 June 2017) after order, but had to wait 6 months (6 Nov 2017) in total for the safety nets. SA trampoline really have a quality product but no sales service at all. And every time they deliver, Time Fright wants the money for delivery from us before they render the package although we payed SA Trampoline with the order for delivery as well. I would never recommend them.

Hannes Pieterse still ows me my money from 21 March 2019. He is a thief and a scammer. He can not supply the trampoline mat I ordered and are no longer in business. He took my money and I still do not have a mat. He ignores my phone calls and email. I even reported him to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud , but he is not responding to them either. How can a person just get away with stealing other peoples money??? It has been 3 months and nothing.

SCAMSTERS. They will lie, and lie and lie some more. They are happy to take your money, and then constantly lie from that point onward. Hannes, you belong in jail.

NO NO NO,Do Not Use SA TRAMPOLINE.Please read the hole review.On the 27th of November 2018 they send me a quotation and promised me that the trampoline will be ready in 2 weeks time,if I deposit the same day,so I did - R 7 200.00.On the 13th of December the trampoline was ready according to them and they want to ship it but there is a outstanding balance,so I paid the balance - R 4200.00 and then nothing. Nobody answers. After many attempts to contact them,no joy.In January I managed to get hold of Hannes,he apologised and said that there was a problem with the springs and the rest is ready and he is busy sorting the problem.Then yet again just empty promises by Hannes. On the 27th of February I GLADLY received the trampoline,unfortunately no springs or safety covers.Contacted Hannes after many attempts and from different cell. no. Hannes could not believe that I did not receive everything.Contacted him many times and got many empty promises from Hannes. On the 14th of March,my Father and Brother in law went to Pretoria and I ask them to pass SA Tranpolines to see if they could get the outstanding.THIS IS WERE IT GETS REAL. I got hold of Karen of SA Trampoline that morning and she said that the springs and the safety covers is with her at the office and she will courier it the same day.So I told her not to,my family is on there why to fetch it.Then I received a WhatsApp from Hannes that he send my stuff with his bakkie to the courier in Jo-Burg.I told him to send it back to the factory. He said not possible,its going to cost him to much and he do not have more stock and will only receive more stock the day after.So he will courier it.My father in law arrived at SA Trampoline,asked one of the workers for my springs & safety covers and the guy went straight and fetch it and gave to him.There was only 101 springs in the bag and they had to turn back to get the other 5.At the factory with No Stock at all and my stuff on a bakkie in Jo-Burg,Karen checked the amount of springs and went to the office and gave my father in law the balance of the springs - again with no stock and my stuff is on a bakkie in Jo-Burg on its way to be couriered.This has been a horrific experience.4 Months of agony. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE SA Trampoline,even if you get it for free. Hannes needs to be in JAIL!!

STOP!!!Hannes and SA Trampoline is a bunch crooks! After months of empty promises they will courier my mat, I drove to their factory in Aksia and guess what they are closed. The company next door informed me that the landlord has locked them out due to failure to pay rent!

I have had such a bad experience with SA Trampoline. have waited nearly 2 months for a new mat and springs. No one gets back to you, i have to continuously phone to find out what is happening with my order. Then i get empty promises about my delivery going to be delivered but that doesnt happen. So not a happy customer, i wouldnt recommend using SA Trampoline

We ordered and paid for a trampoline in August. By mistake our bank duplicated the payment to them. After many emails, phone calls, empty promises we collected the trampoline ourselves at the end of November. No installation guide was included with the goods. I still have not received my refund from them, despite promises and a proof of payment sent through which turned out to be bogus. I seriously would not go near this company or Hannes Pieterse at all. Terrible service!

About three weeks ago I called Hannes asking a price quote. He told me to email the trampoline and location details to him so that he can include shipping fees, so I did. I got no response, so I SMSed him the details a week later. Still I got no response. Then another week later, I went onto their website and sent the details again, and now a week later I still have no response.Terrible service (If there is service at all), not recommended.

PATHETIC SA TRAMPOLINE!I strongly advise any person aspiring to buy a trampoline NOT TO USE SA TRAMPOLINE. Please please please don’t make the same mistake I did! There are simple checks, google this company and you will see Hello Peter is full of bad reviews of Hannes Pieterse & his terrible company! Google reviews also has terrible stories to tell. I really wish I had done my homework!!I have endured so much nonsense that I actually don’t even know where to begin, however I can confirm that your problems will start as soon as you pay a deposit! Thats when the mistro himself, Hannes Pieterse, jumps into gear. The lies, fabricated excuses are beyond belief!! He is an absolute master of trickery!Upon contacting him to verify the terms, he is very convincing and you actually trust him, the agreement was installation 14 days after payment, this date changed several times & eventualy my trampoline was installed circa a month late. After reading other clients reviews, I should count my stars that I actually received anything at all. He also caught me ... Order a trampoline, Hannes says I have to pay soon, the price goes up tomorrow .... and there I pay. After duck fighting, he sends trampoline without springs. Can you believe he still answers when one calls. Sounds like the man already has a lot of victims. Where can one get other springs now? And Im willing to take it further. Who wants to join?

We received the worst service from Hannes Pieterse. We thought because SA trampolines have been a well-known and established company for years to buy our trampoline from them, and that their service will be good. But the management of the Rosslyn branch is not well managed at all if at all. We had to pay our 60% immediately and have been waiting for 4 weeks now and have not received any trampoline. If I call Hannes every time a different story is now that he answers my calls at all. So think twice before ordering something from them.

Poor service. Lee promises. Take your money and dont deal with the job.

Do NOT order anything from the people. Hannes and his entire staff lie like toothpicks from delivery to a phone number !!! Even less will you ever get delivery of your trampoline !!! Please DO NOT EVER order trampolines from this company. Hannes and his staff lie about everything from a delivery date to a simple telephone number ... never mind the fact that you will either never receive your trampoline !!
