Always gets the most perfect service, especially inside the shop and after normal working hours. The petrol ⛽ are sometimes slow to give service especially in peak traffic times. Other wise, excellent 👌

We use to get very good service until tonight, went to put diesel in my bakkie firstly they wanted the money before hand, well okay that i can understand what i cant understand they REFUSED me entry because of the time but let 2 other people in while i was standing there when ASKED they said its because they do not trust me?? You do not trust a customer that supports you daily! I use to spend ALOT of money here but will never again. I am a contracter and i work all over s.a average R15 000pm diesel without my car petrol. I will never support you again and will urge all my friends and family. Very awfull!!

Workers at the car washing bay are wearing torn disposable masks - the company must at least supply them with washable cloth masks. Torn and dirty disposable masks appear not to comply with the health protocols

Never have I met a less nor incompetent assistant manager and manager. On Friday morning my wife went to put petrol and the assistant manager on shift help her. When checking the oil he broke the dip stick of the car and my wife and her friend sat while he struggled to try and make a plan to get the broken piece out. They even tried to assist and took a teaser to see if the can get it out at the end it had to be pushed down to be kept from falling through to the sump or even worse get pushed into the motor. When we went back and spoke to the manager and the assistant that broke the dipstick we got the response that it is not their problem?Now I asked myself the question arent they trained to check oil and how to replace a dipstick especially if they carry a managers position? I will not recommend anyone to go there, they are very busy and surely the owner can afford to train his staff. I will have it fixed but not going to leave it there. They cause damage and then tell you with a smile that they are not the ones responsible for fixing it.

Its my 2nd time to wash my vehicle at the car wash and everytime the vehicle is half cleaned. I wont suggest this cat wash to any person except if you want to strugle - I would just like to thank SASOL Ninapark dor the speedy reply. I was at the Sasol Theresa Park carwash for the first time today. I must say the customer service is second to none. It is fast, friendly and does an awesome job for a great price. Best carwash so far!!!

This has to be the best service station in Pretoria north!From the petrol guys to the car wash, it’s well maintained and customer service is one of their key values, everyone is helpful and the car wash is out of this world for only R60 you get a full valet wash 👍🏼👌🏼👌🏼

The petrol station on the corner it neat and clean the staff is freindly they know how to treat customers the is a car wash and it allways busy the is a play for the kids to play on the jumping castle nice park with chairs well they are washing your car you can sit there and read you book then kids well they enjoy playing

I visit this station almost 3 times a week and I never had a problem, always friendly and quick. Went to the car wash today and what a huge disappointment. On my arrival there was no one to assist me, one of the wash guys showed me to come into the tunnel and start washing my car what a friendly bunch, BUT after that it was horrible, nobody on the other side to assist where i need to go to get my car dry, went to look for a manger to pay and leave as I already got so irretatted, he walks right pass me and assits other people, went into the shop to pay, lady went to the manger tp try and sort out the problem, no respond just told the lady what i had to pay took my money and off i am, what a very very bad experience i receive. Cant wait for the new sasol closer to me, hopefully they will have more respect for their clients, and what is the worst part the people at the pumps and the once washing the cars is sooo friendly and but the poor service after that made me never wanna return. Was so disappointed ruined my whole day!!!!

Petrol Attendants offer great services, good convenience store. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼But car wash services is just average, is net n kongkol werk.. I wouldnt recommend the car wash services offered there..😕

The car wash is recommended ... with the lowest prices i have seen, and the quality they provide is not to bad (have have seen better service at other places, but for a much higher price)

I arrived having to wait for a pump to open up then a person gets pushed in from the car wash in front of me(by manager- in sasol clothes). I was told to move to another pump around the other side when I got there they told me that they dont have 93. I had to move to another pump again and wait, after moving for the third time Im done.Most pathetic service
