People was not bad but multi choice /DSTV let me pay a thousand years for insurance on a decoder. When I took my decoder in, first word I hear that the decoder is not active and cant help because its faulty. They can see on my acct which decoders are active. They will say blablabla. You will never win.

A bit long wait to get serviced. The outcome is not always what is expected. This is a very simple choice offering with little variation. Should move fast but their systems are terribly slow.

Came on a Monday was assisted by Phumzile. She only checked the decoder and not the cable. When I got gome had the same problem had to go back the following day. I waited for a good hour while the guy who was assisting me assisted 2 more customers while I wait. Service is bad Im extremely disappointed

Very very unprofessional and bad when it comes to service.Attitude of the front ladies is baaaad. Dont like Do Not go there unless if u r desperate but make sure you have yo EQ in order otherwise you will regret and spoil yo day. Serious Customer Service needs to be instilled and trained properly by external corporate professionals otherwise that branch is going down

Consultant at mahube mall activated new decoder in my name instead of moving my parkage to new decorder wch cost me to pay for 2 decoders in my name the lady who helped me at DSTV wonderpark managed to solve problem for me with patience and smile

Its nice and big, the staff are really helpful. The only downside is the waiting area, there needs to be some sort of signage to direct the queue.

I had a bad experience with DSTV; it was my first subscription and the person who installed it on the 8th December 17, in my place Rosslyn Gardens leave without making sure that it is playing. He told me that it will be okay after 15 minutes. Since I was thinking about other customers that he needed to attend to; so i let him leave trusting him. It did not play for two days after calling the center several times; I didnt win, so In short I took the decoder to Wonderpark Multichoice and the service I got from DJ was superb / fabulous; he turned a bad experience into a joyful one; and i left the store happy. Keep up the good work.
