Its a nice place to do your shopping,not crowded even though its the weekend. Enough parking and the service is all good🙂

Spar orchard really needs a good cleaning and opening up the space health wise and fixing the till line as we have the COVID 19 it really needs space improvement for safety of the customer and the staff, however its a good and nearer for the community to buy, a space improvement is needed urgently

The bakery service is so pathetic. I bought a cake on the 02/10/20 with a sell by date of 05/10/20, the cake was soo hard (stale) and the cream tasted like sour milk. Threw away the receipt so I cant even return it as past experience taught me that without the receipt your dissatisfaction is null and void. It is evident that the cake sell by date was changed. So to avoid losing profit they would rather kill their customers, the very customers that keep them in business. I would never recommend anyone to buy cakes there. The sad part is it was late and I stay far so by the time I had a slice which was the following day, it was too late to do anything about it. Now I was forced to donate my hard earned money as I cant eat the cake.

Orchard Spar is good u get all you need but its too packed no enough space

There is a loud white fellow always sitting at the door yelling at staff. I think he is the manager. Thats the most unprofessional conduct ever displayed making going to orchards spar distasteful.

Great place for late afternoo/evening groceries and family shopping

SPAR Orchards is a good shop nice for shoppers but its tiny.

An always busy place which is always packed. Prices are bit high but they always sell fresh groceries. I like the black forest cake. Its almost always fresh. The staff is friendly and efficient when helping customers. Wellositioned for the orchards consumers.

An old lady pushing a trolley saw that the queue was too long and was about to abandon her shopping when I offered that she jumps the queue in front of me. Upon thanking me profusely, I flagged one of the shop staffers, pointed at the old lady and asked him if they dont offer pensioners preference to pay ahead of others, especially when the queues were very long like today. He simply looked at me with a scorn, looked at the old lady, shook his head and walked away. The old lady was very disappointed.

You wont enter without a musk lol... otherwise its chilled in the mornings, but from 4, it gets packed tjoooo.

One stop grocery and household shopping. Everything need for the house at reasonable pricing in comparison to other similar stores. And spar specials on selected items are great

January 2021. This store sells some wrotten/stale foods.Almost everything we bought from this was not good at all. The eggs were smelling so bad. The mealie meal was so bad. Dont even have energy to explain further. Highly disappointed. Money and time waisted. Will not recommend to anyone.

This place has bad readily cooked food, the veggies are not so fresh. In summer theres flies around the food. Its best to shop here for things like toothpaste and lotion. They only have handwash powder soap, they dont have powder soap for washing machines. It doesnt feel like a Spar, it feels like an informal market. Not very clean inside either. Very terrible, if you are in the area find alternatives. I personally think the owners/management here suck. Terrible!!

The staff here are extra friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The shop itself though! The cleaning staff are kind of rude and dont let you pass. You have to wait for them to finish beforebyou can get through the isle. The isles are also ridiculously small and barely allow 2 trolleys to pass each other. I obce bought meat frombthe meat section.....lets just say, if the butcher next door is closed, i wont be eating meat onbthat day. Prices are reasonable and there are always specials but quite often you find products without prices and also mis priced items.

Bought fruits and veg on the 24th of December 2020, 90% of what I bought was rotten on the 28th.

1st the store is supposed to open at 7 yet your page says 6am then opens at 7:05 and get in store has 2 cashiers working. Pls improve your service

Spar-Orchards is a great place where you can buy all kind of grocery in very good prices. Theres a fresh vegetables, fresh meat and fresh flowers are available all the time. Theres also fresh hand made food also available I love fresh creamy salad and salsa from this. All kind of dairy products are also available#Milk#Food#drinks

Please stop using methylated spirit to sanitize our hands. You can use it on your trolleys but not on our hands. Methylated spirit is poisonous.

Normally, I wud giv them a 5 but now I will giv then a 3 cos I been there 3 times this week for a few offer items n went twice for nothing on promises they made but goods not available. We supposed to go less wid less people contact but going in more often? It doesnt make sense!

Just another Spar store in Orchards. It is by the road side so you dont need to drive far to hit the main road. This Spar is a medium size Spar and they sell most or if not all the grocery items. I am quite sure anyone would find any food item they need. Their services is fair with regards to time, efficiency and effectiveness. The place have a gated parking, it is big enough and it is free to park. There are other little stores in that vacinity.

Long que and slow

Bought Fish cakes for breakfast on Christmas morning 2018, while cooking we picked up on a foul odor. It was the fish cakes which had expired more than a year earlier(30-11-2017). This is just not acceptable, if I could I would give them a 0 out of 5.

Too cramped. Staff at the fresh produce not so friendly. Manager and cashiers accessible and friendly. Their baked goodies not so lekker especially the scones. Had to throw all of them away. Waste of money.

It has since improved its floor design, hygiene and lights. Cashiers are very efficient, Pick and Pay Wonderpark could learn a trick or two from these guys.

It s close to many homes, so if you find Wonderpark too far you may want to go here. The re is quite a selection of hot foods, vegetables, bread, cakes and anything else containing sugar :-).Cakes are not always fresh and not particularly tasty in my opinion, but not much different than other Spar or PicknPay supermarkets.The store feels cramped because they offer too many products in the small space.The tills have been renewed and improved earlier this year and it is easier and faster to pay.There is an in-store ATM.Parking is OK, the parking lot is too small but you can still move around. there are guards, please pay them something for their services.

Convinient store, but be careful on their cooked meals, they are exposed all day long and I suspect they could be selling yesterday s cooked meals. The store is just too crowded though
