Hubby and I had a full body massage and a lunch. Absolutely fantastic. I can definitely recommend it. Totally affordable and treated like a King and Queen.

Peace and tranquility... Professional treatment

Impeccable service, decor and quality. From the moment you drive through the gates you are in awe with the lushness of this place. Everything is immaculately thought of. Nothing is just normal, everything is special. Try their BBQ Chicken salad for lunch and treat yourself with their nut bar for dessert. Trust me, youll be back for more. A perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinners as well as special occasions such as baby showers etc. Very reasonably priced. A favourite of mine.

The place is stunning but the staff is rude and their service is poor. They lack attention to detail amongst other things! One of their staff came to us by the swimming pool around 21:00 and told us to keep it down because they have guests from Germany sleeping at the hotel!!! I am proudly African!!! I paid for the services at the hotel same as the others . I expected to have a good time but unfortunately it was not so great.

Restaurant was a huge disappointment.Went there with international guests boasting about the only 5 star Hotel in our area. Never again...1. Music too loud2. Only one person on duty doing basically everything.3. Had to get up and ask to be served after waiting long time.4. My guests ordered expensive red wine which was almost lukewarm. When asking the waiter to exchange it he had all sorts of excuses but NO apologies. Reluctantly replaced it eventually.5. After the meal the waiter said he “had to” put the lukewarm bottle on the bill “unfortunately”. He would however “pour the unused glasses of wine back into the bottle” and my guests could take it with them!! We explained that this is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel and could not accept his “offer”. Again only then was the first bottle reluctantly removed from the bill.6. Overall very unfriendly service. At a 5 star hotel...Maybe the hotel lodging is 5 star but the restaurant was at best 2 star. Will not recommend it to anyone who wants professional service.

Tranquil beautiful place hid away on a hill in Nina park. Clean professional. Their quiche needs work but everything else including the staff reception was excellent

Perfect for a quiet dinner or lunch with loved ones. I love the ambience, professional staff.

Really friendly staff. Great food. Good views from the roof. Spacious room. Difficult to find fault really. Its not a big chain hotel and so much the better for it. If I had to pick fault it would be that you have to pick up a free token for each gigabyte of WiFi that you want to use which is a bit of a faff. That shows you how much is right with the hotel!

Great place to stay

Nice and quiet hotel with beautiful rooms and facilities. Small menue but good food and wine for dinner. You should calculate some time for breakfeast or preorder the night before, it you are in a hurry in the morning.

5-star all the way for the Spa! 5 star for the hotel as well.

Most of the time nobody is at the reception, so go straight to the restaurant for check-in. People are nice. Got first a room without view and door to the bathroom (what you find often in SA). Ok, they have other rooms, but what you can do if the company always books the cheapest rooms.

I was for about 3 weeks in the hotel and had a standard room. The room has a double bed TV, safe, small desk with separate bathroom and air conditioning. Shower, sink, toilet. The sink licks something, the water in the shower is a bit modest. Kettle for coffee and tea available and a mini fridge for wine. Wi-Fi is free but you have to enter all 1gb a new code, which you easily in the restaurant gets, but it annoying. The signal strength is good, but the speed is very slow. 2 days there was no water and storm. As for the privacy of the underground, had 2 times visit and it was complained that one should pay for a double room. From the guest but no breakfast was taken etc ... underground and absolutely unusual! The staff in the afternoon and in the evening was absolutely impeccable and friendly! In the morning but it looks different ... as an example, the orange juice at breakfast was empty and on demand it was called no its empty ... without words .. the pool is well photographed because he looks bigger than he is. The food is very good and recommended! 2 stars for the service in the morning. Room well under the bed was not longer sucked. For short trips max 1ne week ok, longer not recommended.

It is a bit difficult: the food in the restaurant is top. The breakfast has unfortunately lessened last: there is no Nespresso more, only filter coffee. The rooms vary between wow (the suites) and does not work. There are rooms completely without windows ... Also the rooms in the neighboring building (Apex) do not go. As a subtenant you are with a family and share their ground floor. Numbers do the same everywhere. However, the location of the BMW plant is unbeatable. Not even 15 minutes drive ...
