Very friendly staff took me less than an hour to make an account
Wouldnt recommend it to ANYONEVery slow, staff is dragging.. You wait over 2 hours to do a 5 mins service.
10 staff members walking up and down and standing around but nobody helping the customers

Waste of both time and airtime, called for hours on end without assistance. Y open a channel for telephonic assistance if no one attends to it...this is beyond pathetic.
I was depositing money on their atm ...my money got retracted by the atm , I was told I was to wait 7 days until they credit my account ,number one I had to use that money to make more money and I couldnt number two it wasnt my fault but their machines fault three I lost out on a business opportunity because I could not send through the capital , four Im still waiting and no one has said anything the branch manager Jimmy said hell call me but still hasnt done so

The worst experience I ever had At any pf the SBSA branches I ever visited in my 15 years of banking. Waiting in line for an hour is not uncommon. Getting to the branch only to find locked doors and surprised personnel on the inside wording offline also happens often and the worst client service from a particular consultant. Rather visit a other branch. This one has extended hours but it is not worth it!
Well the service is pathetic they Ll be a que of like 5 people n we stil get assisted after an hour or so mind you Im pregnant standing on my feet for that long is not good while the employees are busy walking around laughing amongst themselves its disgusting imagine what happens on month-ends please create chairs where we sit for especially pregnant n old people its unacceptable so I dont if the employees are slow or just prefer talking laughed amongst themselves instead of helping customers
We to open a new bank account. Only to be given a form to make an appointment and they would contact me in 48 hours for an appointment. This as 2 business consultants sit there and do nothing
Poor service by the teller service...the bank is full and only 1 teller is working.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING BUSINESS MANAGER AS FROM 09:45 TILL 12:26 WITHOUT ANY LUCK, I GIT TO SWITCHBOARD I WILL BE ASKED TO HOLD ON LISTENING TO MUSIC FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES,WHEN I GET ON E CONSULTANT I WILL BE KEPT WAITING FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES,I END UP HANGING UP AS MY TELEPHONE BILL WAS INCREASING JUST FOR WAITING ASSISTANCE WHICH I ENDED UP NOT GETTING ANYTHING.PLEASE ASSIST ME OR CALL ME.
