The installation was not done correctly. The cause of this was a measurement that was done. Im getting tired of this issue. Everyday when its raining the water goes through the walls. I have been reporting this everyday when it rains.Its more than a year now, while Im still waiting for them to come and fix the roofing. Rainy season is coming up and they are no longer answering my calls. They are only prioritizing the new customers for new money and I wonder if they are also doing a messy job as they did in my house.I even reported the case to Consumer Goods Council of South Africa (CGCSA) . they are also ignoring their email.
