Service quick, great variety and well stocked

,I asked for major service from this people,My Zone next to Engen garage in Orchard ptanorth,they change oil,air filter and plugs,my car is more damaged its not running,they changed things and put them incorrectly,they say I should have asked what I wanted them to do.What is a major service verses minor one?They say they dont know the difference,mechanic had to be called to tell them they wrongs they have done,they refused to refund,saying they did MAJOR service,pathetic service.
