I bought LG microwave at game about 8 months ago or so, the microwave is not heating anymore. I lost the slip but provided bank statement with proof of purchase. they made me fill a form for slip re-print in order to repair.They said they will call me to bring the microwave for repair once they track slip, if they fail to track the slip, they will still call me to provide the model number on my microwave.I have been waiting since from Thursday the 24th of June 2021, until today. I made follow up last week Monday on the 28th June they kept on saying I receive a call. today I called they refer me from one Dept to another I ended up holding for too long while I was transferred to another Dept, still no answer is just ringing.I am stuck with a microwave that is not working, still under warranty and proof of purchase is appearing on my bank statement but they are making a fuss about a slip. slips get lost or old, they must find another way of arranging slip re-print or fasten the process because is not fair.

Not the biggest of Games but adequate in terms of stock. Service levels by staff vary from day to day but dont expect good service. Management could do a lot for the cashiers (and customers) by fixing the signboard at the tills as they have to shout at the customers that they are available.

They advertise small chairs and when you come to the store a few days later it is out of stock every where we. That is not good!

Its a busy place, but youll probably get what you need there. The staff can be a little more polite. Its clean and not too cramped.

The staff there is very friendly, they are quick to assist and theres a variety of goods in this store. I must say its very affordable, theres always specials on appliances and food. Game Wonderpark is one of the best Game stores I have ever visited.

Spacious and a nice variety of hardware and household items though I cant say much for its grocery section. Needs a bit more but offers great prices on what they do have so yeah..

Consistently poor service. Youre on your own in this store. The floor staff prefer to chitchat then assist clients.

Sales staff are more interested in socialising, than serving customers. But finally when they do assist they are definitely doing you a favour. They do not acknowledge your presence in any way.

I was at Game store wonderpark and as I walked out the security lady request to search or look into my bag, I said she can look provided she sanitizes her hands, for some reason she refuses to do so and I walked out as I walk out she tries to grab me with the same hands she refused to sanitize and left a cat paw scratch on my arm. Nobody apologised so I have to sue them to show that they are wrong. My advise if you dont absolutely have to shop at Game dont go there.

I bought a fridge last month on the 18th of june. And this morning just few minutes ago I got a call from the store, checking if everything still fine with the fridge and reminding me about its warranty and to keep the till slip safe. Wow awesome customer service to appliances department

I was pickpocketed here. The manager was only really worried about the own stores liability or if his staff was involved, rather than what actually happened to a customer. One extra star for the friendly/helpful staff near the cellphones/chargers.

Its clean and open also there was no long queues to enter the store and again they follow covid procedures and restrictions.

Out of stock for heaters and very few staff members to assist shoppers, but good security personnel doing their work very well in terms controlling the masses coming and sanitizing everyone.

There is really very little assistance given to customers with regards to pretty much anything. One incidence I had, I went to go and purchase an item on promotion, unfortunately it was out of stock but they were awaiting the arrival of new stock. They made me fill out a form with my particulars and said that they would be in contact with me as soon as new stock arrives. This all happened in the winter of 2015, til today I still havent received any feedback. Unfortunately I reside within the area and the store is conveniently situated, but if Im not in a rush for an item from the store, Id rather go to another game store-different branch.

Went 2 Game Stores & did not get wat I wanted cos they always out of stock!

Sunday morning one always does quick shopping but you end up spending more time because of three cashiers. Planning of assigning cashiers its problematic. Hope one day they will get it right

Game wonderpark its customer service lady, she is full of attitude, I return a product that I bought for R 8000, after 10 days of just buying it stop working, when I went back I told her I am not happy with the product instead of her, assisting me she told me that next time when I buy something I must ask about the guarantee of the product before I buy it, if I am not happy with it, I must go to the other shop where Ill be happy with their services.As for Ill never shop at Game wonderpark again, because, it shows me that lady feels like I am doing my self a favour by buying at game wonderpark. And they have no respect of their customers.And even though they have taken the device I bought with so much money, they do not have a decency to update me about the progress of my device. And I wanted to use it in December and now going to have it at the time I no longer needed it.

Some store items are not in stock maybe its due to the lockdown restrictions, Ive been to the store multiple times and its difficult to find shop assistants on the floor when you need help.

The guy by the name of Percy has a stinkin attitude and does not have service level etiquette with regards to the professionalism expected of them. He also thinks that clients or customers are makin him a favor for buying at Game. I am one unhappy customer and will secure that other customers will never buy there.

I came into the store on 17/01/2017 and wanted an item on promotion which was sold out. I was told that stocks will come the following day. When I arrived the following day I was told that the promotion was only until 17/01/2017. I stated that that no one told me about the end date of the offer otherwise I would have paid form it then.The sales person admitted that he did not tell me and the manager gave the item to me at the promotion price.The honesty and the willingness to make a customer happy is praise worthy.
