Horrific service. I will never support that branch again. Very unprofessional manner that the staff treat customers. Is ear deafening music and Dancing while the customer waits to pay part of the Cash crusaders experience?

Honestly the best service Ive ever received from any Cash Crusaders. The staff are great and helpful, its almost unusual as its so rare.

Rather use takealot or bid or buy or gumtree or olx.CC Wonderpark helpful staff but poor management.Atleast online stores you have buyer protection but at CC you have very little protection from angry management and bad purchases.

You enter there on your own peril.. Business there is one sided,.. It is all about them 😕

The sells person, who was helping us was very informative and understanding the customs needs.

Worst customer service , sales assistant didnt want to package our items,they wanted us to carry machine and 3piece radio just like that!!!! Imagine!!!! They didnt even sign our till slip,not alone to state our items guarantee on the till slip.we had to complain before they do the right thing..i will never go back there.

If you want to sell Xbox or PS cds dont bother, they told me that they dont buy cds with scratches so basically they want new one. Two guys were checking my cds, one guy only viewed three of my cds and said Sorry we dont buy scratched cds to top it all off they are far from professional and the service is poor. Please, if you want to sell your games visit another Cash Crusaders store.

Im sorry. I was mistaken. There was nothing wrong. They did deliver proper service.They were helpful and kind despite my stupidity.So Thumbs up :)
