I always went past this farmstall on a hurry to my destination. Today I stopped and paused here. We had coffee and some snacks. Well worth the stop! There is a wide variety of snacks, meat products and curios.

Nice variety of eats (sit down, frozen meals and snacks) and clean bathroom facilities. A pleasant surprise for the small town we weren’t expecting too much of. However, a little bit lacking in the friendliness department.

Came alll the way from Knysna.... Talk about bad service we received. Staff was unfriendly and the manager who is the owner was the most unfriendly racist ever!

Zero service. Left after 5min when nobody made any effort to help me.Phoned the owner to comment on the poor service and she shrugged it off in quite a dismissive way.Zero chance of me ever stopping there again

Great little spot. Stopped there for breakfast. Good portions of what feels like home made food. Loved it. Staff were very friendly too. Also has the usual padstal craft goodies to browse through too. Ill definitely stop there again.

We had delicious breakfast here and enjoyed pottering round the padstal shop. The only improvement they could make is to serve fresh milk with the tea (not long-life!)

Pretty average food and the service isn’t great. It seems like the owner micromanages as she takes all the orders and does all the bills/payments which means you often wait around.

Enjoyed our breakfast very much! And a lovely selection of preserves, sweets etc.

Everything is in good order, but charges R2 for toilets (Even if you buy something). Not too friendly.

Cosy farm stall. Worth stopping for a meal when paying through Aberdeen.

Unfriendly management. Had to pay for toilet and there were no toilet paper. We bought food from the padstal but we not allowed to eat in on the open stoep area. I would not recommend the padstal.

Excellent biltong, but the staff was not friendly.

Always visit here when in Aberdeen. Love the good products they sell here.

Warm hospitality and good take away coffee

I had breakfast there on the way from George to Noupoort. Also puchased nice bottled salads and dried fruit.

Best....best pancake with filling that i had in the karoo just loved this little padstal, the Coffee was so lekker real SA style, there is a nice fire place where you can warm your hands in the winter, there is also a lot of nice snacks in bottles that has been pickled by the locals, there is also wine and maskadel for sale here, at the back of the shop you will find local made gifts spring bok jackets, mo-hair socks and other things you can where around your neck, a real must visit if you are in the area.

Cold, rainy tired, hungry. What would have help was warm hearted friendliness Thanx for letting us proceed to polka in graaff reinet. Everything we wanted !!!

A truly South African Karoo Farmstall experience to be savoured. From the goods to the food the experience was well worth the trip. If you pass this way make sure to stop off and speak to Hannelie. Meet the local people and speak to the staff to immerse yourself in this unique experience of rural Karoo culture. Great food, good service and amazing people is your reward.

I just drank the most delicious coffee here. The place literally sits against the road. Its very nice inside and your car is under cover. Here to get everything you can think of or need for your journey further. I found rest and peace.

Quiet atmosphere, delicious coffee and a beautiful (blonde) kaffee owner! Friendly staff. The place closed at 4 pm and therefore not 5 stars. The offer is generous and there is also cappuccino.
